PAYMENT TERMS & PROJECT PROGRESS

Milestone Sequence: Interex Design & Build will strictly only proceed to the next phase of work once the full payment for the previous completed stage has

been received.

Non-Refundable Policy: All payments made are strictly non-refundable, as funds are immediately allocated to material procurement, factory deposits,

and labor mobilization.

Work Suspension: Interex Design & Build reserves the right to suspend all on-site activities and factory fabrication if any progress payment is overdue by more

than seven (7) days.
